The Magnolia Suite is on the lower level of the Guest House.  Hardwood floors with soft rugs, gentle golden walls, and a hint of original ethic art make this room feel open and bright.  The large attached bathroom has twin sinks and a tub/shower combo. This is a pet friendly room.     The South Yuba Blue Suite is a cool quiet room reminescent of our favorite river.  This room makes you want to relax and sleep late in the comfortable queen sized bed.  The attached bathroom has a large tile walk in shower. Rates $100-$110.

   The China Gold Suite is our most deluxe suite.  Both Grass Valley and Nevada City had  "Chinatown" parts of town. OK this is really Japanese woodblock art here but you'll hardly notice once you settle into this spacious suite.  A small office space is attached as well as a small kids size bedroom.  The bathroom is incredible- 2 separate vanities, walk in shower, a romantic deep soaking tub , and tons of space.  Rates $115-$125

      The Carriage House Apartment (above the garage) has 1 bedroom with Queen bed and a twin sleeper in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and bath with tub shower make this a great place for families or extended stays.  This is a pet friendly room. Rates-$115-$125
